Library Cards
To check out items on the Book Bus, customers must have a valid library card.
You can apply for one at any EVPL branch or on the Book Bus.
Cards require an electronic signature that can only be done at any EVPL branch.
This digital signature must be given within 30 days of application
to ensure continued library access. A parent or legal guardian's signature is required for every minor child.
Customers are responsible for all items checked out on their card and
should not let others use it.
Vanderburgh County residents may obtain a library card at no cost.
Lost cards should be reported as soon as possible. Replacement cards are $1.
