Do you want to learn how to use Twitter? Ever tried it and just thought, "I don't understand what this is all about?" We're here to help you! This one hour basic twitter class will cover sign-up, Twitter terms, ways to use Twitter, and information on how to connect with your community. We will also learn to tweet, retweet, DM, follow, list and use hashtags, while practicing and learning together in real-time.
About the Presenter
The presenter, Dana Nelson, owns and operates Direct Data Xchange. Dana is actively involved with numerous community organizations including WNIN, 4-H Technology Club, YMCA, and Patchwork Central. She is also a co-founder of Evansville Girl Geek Dinners, and co-chair of the Social Media Club of Evansville. Dana has spoken locally as a guest speaker on several occasions on numerous diversified topics, focusing on Social Media for Business, Communications, Networking, Fitness & Nutrition, and a host of computer related topics.
