Conference Room
The Central Library Conference Room is located on the second floor
next to the non-fiction stacks. The room consists of a large quartered
conference table and seating for up to 10 occupants.

Large Group Room
The Large Group Room is located next to the Government Documents
area on the Library's second floor. It seats 24 occupants and
has a modular table system which allows a reasonable amount of room
customization.

Browning Events Room
The Browning Events room is located on the first floor across
from the Cup and Chaucer Café. It can accommodate up to
196 people (theater seating). The room can also be divided into
two equal-sized spaces: Room A and B. Browning Events Room B can
support a variety of multimedia including DVD and VHS playback
as well as PowerPoint presentations.
The room boasts a wide-screen format projection screen system
suitable for business and entertainment applications. The room
can support multiple setup configurations to maximize the utility
of the space for your particular meeting type. This room requires
the filing of a usage contract. Fees and insurance documents also
may apply for certain types of groups. For details, view

Browning Room A & B

Browning Room A & B is an ideal setting
for your organization's luncheons or dinners. Groups are responsible
for providing their own catering service. Linens and tableware
are not provided by the library. Round (54" diameter) and rectangular
(30" x 72") tables are available. Both a 12 and 100 cup coffee
makers are available for use. A separate entrance is available
for caterers to access the Browning Room kitchen.
