Perfect for social events or casual meeting the Meeting Room is just inside the library's front door. It can accommodate 75 people. The facility is outfitted with 75 chairs, 12 rectangular tables (6' x 2 1/2'), podium, wired and wireless Internet, a wide-screen projection screen system for DVD, VHS and PowerPoint presentations enhance the functionality of this room. A small under counter refrigerator, a microwave, and a double sink with garbage disposal enables the hosting of casual breakfast or luncheon. Convenient restroom facilities and a pleasant decor with two windows, outfitted with blackout blind, can add natural light. This room will accommodate your business, organization, or personal needs. Online booking will support your scheduling and electronically submit your request to utilize this versatile room for your meeting party or mixer.

Business and private use: $120 fee plus a certificate of liability insurance for $500,000.
Usage is limited to four hours or less per month by any group or organization.
Other Information: Users are expected to set up tables and chairs for their own needs and return the room to original order when done. Groups wishing to apply for usage of the meeting room room should contact North Park via Ask EVPL for details.
