The Oaklyn Meeting Room is located at the front of the building to the right as you come in. The room is available for group meetings and has a capacity of 75 occupants.

- Video projector & screen (wall pull-down)
Capacity: Depends upon table and chair configuration - 75 if chairs only; 45 if seated at tables.
Food & Beverage Allowed?: Yes. Groups should bring their own trash bags and take trash with them.
Internet Access?: Yes. Wired and Wireless.
Fee?: Non-profit groups: No fee;
Business and private use: $120 fee plus a certificate of liability insurance for $500,000.
Usage is limited to four hours or less per month by any group or organization.
