The Talking Books Service of the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library is part of a nationwide network of cooperating libraries headed by the National Library Service, a division of the Library of Congress. This free program provides library services and materials in alternative formats to persons who are unable to use standard print material due to a visual or physical handicap.
