*Board terms are for three years up to a maximum of 3 consecutive terms and expire in December of the year listed after their name. Election of board members and officers occurs at the annual meeting each year. The annual meeting of the membership shall be held in the last quarter of the calendar year. A written announcement of the date, time, and place shall be provided to members at least two weeks in advance. A Board member who does not attend any meetings during the year will be automatically removed from the Board.
All Friends members are invited to attend board meetings if the board is notified in advance.
