Super Smash Brothers Brawl Tournament Rules

• Double Elimination
• Best 2 out of 3, Best 3 out of 5 for winners, losers, and grand finals
• 3 Stock
• 7 Minute Time Limit
• Items Off
• Friendly Fire on for teams
• Stalling is banned
• Metaknight infinite cape glitch is banned
• First stage is selected at random than loser chooses next stage.
• After the first round the loser picks the stage, the winner decides what character he will
  play and then the
  loser will pick their character and the next round will begin.
• No player may choose a stage they have already won on in that set unless agreed
  upon by both players
• If the timer runs out, the victor is determined first by stock and then by percentage

*No Ubers*
Arceus
Darkrai
Deoxys-all forms
Giratina
Groudon

*Sleep Clause*
You can only put to sleep one Pokémon on an opponent's side at any time. If you use a sleep move to put one Pokémon asleep, you cannot use it again to put another Pokémon asleep until the first one wakes up. Rest does not break sleep clause.

*Species Clause*
You must use six different Pokémon on your team. No two can be the same.

*Evasion Clause*
Moves that specifically increase evasion are banned. This includes Brightpowder.

*Item Clause*
No using more than one of the same item. Unless its leftovers (if you don't know what that is, don't worry about it)

*OHKO Clause*
Moves that automatically OHKO a Pokémon are banned.

*No Hax Items*
The following items are banned because they increase they rely on luck and alter the gameplay: BrightPowder, Focus Band, King's Rock, Quick Claw, Razor Claw, Razor Fang, and Scope Lens.

*No Disconnecting*
You can't turn off your DS or move away from signal range to end a battle. This will result in an automatic loss. If a disconnection happens in the beginning of a battle, you can reconnect as long as the same moves are used. If the disconnection occurs later in the game and it can't be determined who disconnected, the player likely to have won the match will be given the win.

*Self KO Clause*
If you and your opponent are down to your last pokemon and you explode, Self Destruct, Perish Song, or Destiny Bond your opponent wins.

*Hacks*
If your pokemon are hacked make sure they have real stats and moves! If they do not and we catch you using hacked moves or stats it will automatically count in loss. When we check your pokemon to see if they are Legit (or have legit stats and moves) and we see they are not we will tell you to switch the pokemon and that will be a strike.

*Striking rule*
If you get 3 strikes you will be out of the tournament and you will lose. So be careful on which you try to do or what you try to get by with us. 3 strikes and you're out. If you somehow find a loop whole we will banned you. We will not tolerate people trying to get pass these rules.

*Skarm/Bliss/Cress clause*
This means you cannot use more than one of these pokemon on your team. The skarm/Bliss/Cress stands for Skarmory/blissey/Cresselia. So if you are using any of those pokemon make sure that you only have 1 of those 3 on your team.

*PRIZE!*
If you win you will get a Prize! And that's a Secret! So win, have fun, and WIN!
