Services for the Blind and Physically Handicapped

Providing library services and materials in alternative forms to eleven counties in Southern Indiana, Talking Books at EVPL is headed by the National Library Service, a division of the Library of Congress.

Materials are available in a variety of formats including large print, audio, and braille. There is no return date on materials, no fines, and all materials are sent and returned by postage-free mail.
