EVPL’s Riverfront Reads series kicks off tomorrow

Evansville – Stories, songs, and activities will be part of the fun at Riverfront Reads, a series offered by EVPL over eight Tuesdays this summer on the Evansville riverfront. The first event is tomorrow, May 12, from 6-7 p.m. at The Pagoda.

The events are free, and each will include different community partners. Tomorrow, Wesselman Woods and Mesker Park Zoo will provide family activities and information about their summer programs. Attendees can also purchase refreshments and treats from food trucks at each event; this week, La Plaza Food Truck and Snax Attack will be on site.

Riverfront Reads events will be canceled in the event of inclement weather.
