Please fill out this form to request a set of books to be checked out on your personal library card for educational purposes. This service is available to teachers of all grade levels and ages, homeschool parents, and other educators.

*Please give at least a week’s notice prior to needing the materials.*

All sets ordered through this service will need to be picked up at EVPL Central in the READ Center.

EVPL Central is located at 200 Se Martin Luther King, Jr Blvd, Evansville, IN, 47713.

EVPL Central’s operating hours are:

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Sunday: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
