The Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library is pleased to announce our newest initiative – EVPL Extras! This initiative focusing on highlighting the resources and services available to EVPL cardholders beyond those of traditional library cards. From discounts at local businesses to free zoo and museum passes, EVPL Extras! is expanding access to our community’s valuable assets one library card at a time.

Evansville Museum of Arts, History, & Science Passes

Thanks to our partnership with the Evansville Museum of Arts, History, & Science, you can check out a family pass to the museum from EVPL. With a permanent collection of over 50,000 items and programs for all ages, there is something for everyone. Reserve one now!

Library Card Discount Program

The Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library is pleased to announce our new pilot initiative – EVPL’s Library Card Discount Program! This initiative partners EVPL with local businesses in Evansville and Vanderburgh County. EVPL cardholders would receive an agreed-upon discount or special offer when showing their library card at participating businesses. Learn more today!

Library of Things

From outdoor games and baking equipment to musical instruments and art supplies, the Library of Things offers EVPL cardholders the opportunity to borrow out-of-the-box items from EVPL’s collection. Explore our collection!

Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden Passes

We have partnered with Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden to provide opportunities for EVPL cardholders to visit our local zoo. Family passes for the zoo can be checked out or have holds placed at any EVPL location or at evpl.org. Check out one today!

Wessleman Woods Passes

In collaboration with Wesselman Woods Nature Preserve, we are proud to include these passes in our collection. These family passes can be used throughout the year to explore all Wesslman Woods and its nature preserve have to offer. Borrow one soon!
