EVPL Board of Trustees

The Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library Board of Trustees is the governing body of the Library. The Board of Trustees is comprised of seven community members appointed by the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation, Vanderburgh County Council, and Vanderburgh County Commissioners. Trustees are responsible for governance, stewardship, and advocacy of EVPL. Trustees work in collaboration with the Library CEO, staff, and community to ensure the sustainability and advancement of the Library. The EVPL Board can be reached at libraryboard@evpl.org. 

Members of the public are encouraged to attend and can make comments by filling out this form prior to the start of a meeting. Find meeting agendas and minutes here. EVPL Board of Trustees meetings begin at 4:30 pm at EVPL Central.  EVPL Board Committee meetings begin at 4:00 pm.
