Our Summer: 250 Years of History, begins Sunday at EVPL Central

EVPL’s summer reading celebration, Our Summer: 250 Years of History, will begin on Sunday, May 31 with a kickoff event at EVPL Central from 1 – 4 p.m.

The event will include games, music, crafts, activities, and treats for all ages, as well as registration for participants.

Mayor Stephanie Terry will join the event, encouraging summer reading for our entire community, and will address attendees at 1:10.

A portion of Chestnut Street will be closed between EVPL Central and the library’s greenspace. Parking will be available in the library’s surface lot and parking garage; additional parking is available across Walnut Street in the Old National Events Plaza lot.
