Location Announced for EVPL Red Bank Temporary Library

Evansville, IN – EVPL has announced the site of a soon-to-open temporary library location as EVPL Red Bank is rebuilt.

EVPL Red Bank Express will be located at 4905 University Drive, in the property adjacent to the former EVPL Red Bank. This building was most recently a Liberty Federal Credit Union branch.

The temporary space will open in the coming weeks and will offer library services and resources until the new EVPL Red Bank opens.

EVPL staff have begun interior work to equip the space for library operations. Once those renovations are complete, staff will move a portion of materials from EVPL Red Bank into the temporary location.

A library materials drop box is available now at EVPL Red Bank Express, behind the building in the covered drive-thru, offering a convenient west side option for returning EVPL books and materials.

Updates to the EVPL Red Bank rebuild project will be provided via EVPL’s social media, website, and print and digital newsletters.
