Connect your computer to an EVPL Central Small Group Room screen

Follow these steps to connect your computer to the TVs in the EVPL Small Group Rooms. NOTE: TVs are already connected to EVPL Public Wireless.

PC Computers/Windows

Make sure your computer is connected to EVPL Public Wireless before continuing.

1. Use the Roku TV remote to power on the TV.
2. On your PC laptop, press the Windows Key + K at the same time. (See image below for visual).
3. Choose the option to Connect CE Small Conf and the room number (ex: 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D).
   • If prompted by the TV, choose Allow when it asks if you’d like to mirror your device’s screen.
4. The device will begin mirroring.

To disconnect, follow Step 2 and choose Disconnect instead of Connect.

Please remember to turn off the TV before exiting the room.

Mac OS Computers

Make sure your computer is connected to EVPL Public Wireless before continuing.

1. Use the Roku TV remote to power on the TV.
2. Click on the Control Center next to the clock in the toolbar.
3. Choose the option to Connect CE Small Conf and the room number (ex: 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D).
   • If prompted by the TV, choose Allow when it asks if you’d like to mirror your device’s screen.
4. The device will begin mirroring.

To disconnect, follow Step 2 and Disconnect via the Mac Control Center.

Please remember to turn off the TV before exiting the room.
