The Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library will carry forward essential programming previously led by the Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana, ensuring that the region’s most valued arts experiences remain strong, accessible, and sustainable for years to come. As the transition begins, the Arts Council remains dedicated to supporting and celebrating community creativity.

The Board and staff invite the public to join them for the final events at the Bower-Suhrheinrich Foundation Gallery, located at 212 Main Street. These celebrations offer one more opportunity to experience and support the incredible work of local artists.

Looking ahead to January 2026, EVPL will usher in a new season of exhibits, performances, and artist initiatives. Details will be announced soon about upcoming concerts, gallery shows, and creative opportunities.
