Seasons of Sharing - Winter Clothing Drive

We are excited to announce a new initiative this winter – Seasons of Sharing! EVPL is committed to supporting our community at every stage in their lives, and we are looking forward to adding one more way to work with our community to create a positive impact in the lives of those in our region.

Each “season” throughout the year, a different community need will be highlighted. The library will partner with different local charities to provide opportunities for our community to give back through donation drives.

Through December 30, Seasons of Sharing will be accepting donations for Hangers, a clothing resource committed to serving EVSC students in need by providing them everyday living essentials that would otherwise be unaffordable.

Items needed for the drive include winter essentials like new or gently used gloves, scarves, and jackets. The items may also be handmade. Donations can be dropped off in designated bins at any EVPL location.

Give her a crossword puzzle to work, and Helen is one happy camper. She also enjoys making recipes healthier, developing her green thumb, and tracking her daily steps on walks with her husband.
In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, all EVPL locations will be closed Monday, January 17.
