EVPL Teen Zine 2025

What Does Evansville Mean To You?

A zine (a shortening of “magazine”) is a self- or micro-published work, usually collected in small booklets. From pamphlets in the Revolutionary War, to science fiction “fanzines,” to simple outlets for creativity, zines and self-publishing have been used to spread ideas and create community.

EVPL Teen Zine 2025

Zines can be made from anything and can be about anything – the best part is that YOU get to decide!

What Does Evansville Mean To You?

Expanding on the theme of EVPL’s 2025 Annual Reading Challenge, Read-Reflect-Build, this zine will give you an opportunity to reflect upon and then capture a vision of what Evansville means to you, to then build a zine along with fellow community members.
